愈肺宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸肌力和中枢驱动力的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药愈肺宁对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸肌力和中枢驱动力的作用。方法 将38例COPD患者随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(18例)。治疗组予愈肺宁丸剂,口服半年;对照组不给任何药物干预。治疗前后测定常规肺功能、呼吸肌力、中枢呼吸驱动,并记录症状评分和生活质量计分。结果 治疗组最大吸气压(PImax)、最大呼气压(PEmax)均上升,与治疗前比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);口腔闭合压(P0.1)下降,与治疗前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组上述各指标变化无统计学意义。结论 愈肺宁可以增加COPD患者呼吸肌力,降低呼吸中枢驱动力。Objective To evaluate the effects of Yufeining on respiratory muscle strength and central respiratory drive in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 38 patients with COPD were divided into therapeutic group (20 cases) and control group (18 cases) randomly. Therapeutic group was treated with oral Yufeining pill half a year; control group was not given any medicine. Routine lung function, respiratory muscle strength, central respiratory drive were measured before and after treatment. Total symptom score, the scores of quality of life were recorded simultaneously. Results PImax, PEmax increased and P0.1 decreased significantly after treatment in therapeutic group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). There were no meaningful changes in parameters in control group. Conclusion Yufeining could improve respiratory muscle strength and reduce central respiratory drive in patients with COPD.
