摘　　要：目的 研究中药复方制剂赛福思口服液(简称SFS)治疗失眠的作用机理。方法 通过观察测定SFS对实验小鼠自发活动情况及对戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量、阈剂量小鼠睡眠时间和对硝酸士的宁致小鼠惊厥的影响,研究SFS镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用。结果 SFS口服液能抑制小鼠自发活动,对小鼠睡眠的影响与戊巴比妥钠有协同作用,有对抗硝酸士的宁导致惊厥发作的作用,且剂量越大,作用越明显。结论 SFS口服液有明显的镇静、催眠、抗惊厥作用,为SFS的临床运用提供了药效学方面实验研究依据。Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine SFS oral liquid in insomnia. Methods Investigate the function of SFS oral liquid on mitigation, hypnogenesis and convulsion were resistent applied to the animal models. Result SFS oral liquid can restrain the movement of mouse, cooperate with soluble pentobarbitone, resist to strychnine nitrate. The more dosage the more effect. Conclusion SFS oral liquid has effect on mitigation, hypnogenesis and convulsion were resistant. It can treat insomnia.
