均匀设计优选通冠薄膜片辅料配比的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 确定辅料配比。方法 用均匀设计法,以片剂的硬度、脆碎度、崩解时限为指标,优选辅料配比。结果 辅料配比为:3%羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na),3%低取代羟丙基甲基纤维素(L-HPMC),0.2%硬脂酸镁,0.1%微粉硅胶。结论 优选的辅料配比合理、可行。Objective To optimize and establish the ratio of excipients. Methods The ratio of excipients was optimized by using uniform design, and taking the hardness and the disintegrating time of tablet as indices. Results The optimized formulation contained 3% Sodium carboxymethyl starch,3% L-Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, 0.2% Magnesium Stearate, 0.1% Silicon Dioxide. Conclusion Theoptimum combined excipients was feasibitable.
