SARS患者舌体与血白细胞变化的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨舌体与外周血白细胞及分类在传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)发病中的相关性。方法 对170人次SARS患者舌体与外周血白细胞计数及分类检测进行相关性分析。结果 中性粒细胞(N)降低时多见体胖,升高时多见体瘦;淋巴细胞(L)降低时多见体瘦,升高时多见体胖;嗜酸性粒细胞(E)升高时多见芒刺、裂纹;单核细胞(M)升高时多见老舌。结论 SARS患者不同舌体与血白细胞及分类中的N、L、E、M比值有明显相关性,具有显著性差异。Objective To study the relationship between SARS patients' body of tongue and their xeno-blood leucocyte and classification. Methods we used the way of correlation analysis to research 170 SARS patients' body of tongue,their xeno-blood leucocyte and classification. Results we could usually see fat tongue in neutrophil descend patients, and thin tongue in neutrophil ascend patients. We could find thin tongue in lymphocyte descends patients, and fat tongue in lympocyte ascends patients.Also,we usually found that arista tongue and fissure tongue in eosinophils ascend patients,and old tongue in monocytes ascend patients. Conclusion different tongues of SARS patients were significantly connected with leucocyte and the ratio of N,L,E,M.And there existed significantly difference.
