摘　　要：提出了一种基于组合集成思想的电力电子系统集成方案,设计了了基于铝基板的功率集成模块,并对它的散热性能与电磁性能进行了仔细分析,最后给出了实验结果。A power electronics system integration scheme based on block integration thoughts is presented in this paper. A kind of power electronics integration module with AL base is designed and the heatsink & electromagnetic characteristics of such module are analyzed in detail. And the final experimental results are also given.
