摘 要:农网调度自动化系统通信通道的建设,一直是中西部地区农网自动化建设中面临的一个难题。文中提出了基于中国电信公共交换电话网(PSTN)建设农网远动通信通道的思路,并探讨了基于PSTN电力远动数据传输的可靠性、安全性等令人关注的问题以及解决的技术性手段。吉林省实际应用情况表明,基于PSTN的农网通信通道安全可靠、经济实用、建设周期短、租用费用低、维护方便、运行可靠稳定,是中西部地区农网调度自动化系统建设可选、可行的远动通信通道。The construction of tele-control communication channels in the rural power network dispatching automation in the central and western areas of China has all along been a difficult problem. A method of building the communication channels based on the public switching telephone network (PSTN) of China Telecom is proposed. Such problems of public concern as the reliability and security of the data transmission by PTSN as well as some corresponding technical solutions are discussed. The actual application results in Jilin Province indicate that the tele-control communication channel based on PSTN has the advantages of being secure, reliable, economical and practical, asking for a short construction period and low rent, easy to maintain and is thus a realistic option in the construction of the tele-control communication channels in the central and western areas of China.
