基于引进仿真支撑软件APROS的电站仿真培训系统

摘　　要：引进国际上先进的仿真支撑软件APROS ,建立了 3 0 0MW机组机、炉、电本体和辅助系统及其控制系统全范围动态仿真数学模型 ,可逼真地模拟实际机组起停和各种运行工况 ,实现了机、炉、电各种故障模拟及DCS操作员站功能的 1∶1仿真。对仿真支撑软件APROS、建模方法及已投运的 3 0Using imported internationally advanced artificial supporting software APROS, a widerange dynamic emulation mathematic model, including turbine, boiler, and electrical installations proper, as well as their auxiliary and control system, has been established, the actual startup and shutdown, as well as different operating conditions can be distinctly simulized, realizing simulation of various troubles in sectors of turbine, boiler, and electrical installations, as well as 1:1 emulation of DCS operater station’s functions. The following items are mainly descriped: (1) the model establishing method by using emulation supporting software APROS; (2) emulation training system of 300MW unit having been put into operation; (3) emulation training system for supercritical units, and for ultra supercritical units under development.
