摘 要:从理论上阐述了乏气及直吹式送粉锅炉煤粉浓度的动量法测量原理。依据动量定理 ,视气固两相流体为整体 ,将测量煤粉浓度时涉及的流体内部复杂运动转化为研究流体与外界的相互作用。现场试验证明 ,该方法对煤粉浓度的测量精度能满足工程要求 ,对煤粉量的变化反应快速灵敏 ,具有一定的可行性与实用性 。The principle of measuring pulverized coal concentration by using momentum method for exhaust gas transfering and directly injecting type pulverized coal boilers has been expounded from theoritical aspect. Based on momentum law, and regarding airsolid twophase flow as an entity, the internal complex movement in fluid involved in measuring pulverized coal concentration is converted into studying the interaction between fluid and outside medium. Field test shows that the accuracy of measuring pulverized coal concentration by using the said method can meet the requirements of engineering, reflecting rapidly and sensitively the variation of pulverized coal concentration, having certain feasibility and practicality, opening up a new way in engineering practice for measuring pulverized coal concentration for utility boilers.
