摘　　要：原发性痛经由于其较高的发病率引起了人们的关注 ,但仍存在有效率高 ,治愈率低的问题。近年来国内外学者对其各方面研究均较多 ,文章就原发性痛经的中医、西医治疗进展进行了综述。The essential dysmenorrhea catches people's attention because of its great incidence,but it still exists a problem that its effective rate was high and its cure rate was low.In recent years,overseas and national scholar made much research on it,the article summarized that progress in treatment of essential dysmenorrhea with traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.
