摘　　要：1990年代所发生的恐怖事件表明,以全球化为背景的恐怖主义已经出现了新曲变化和发展趋势。攻击目标的泛化、追求大规模杀伤、与宗教联系密切、国际化、攻击工具和载体变化是新恐怖主义的主要特征。本文对这些特征及新恐怖主义出现的基本原因进行了分析,并阐明了新恐怖主义与全球化的关系以及近年来反恐斗争给与我们的启示。The terrorist events in the 1990s have proved that terrorism on the global scale has showed new changes and trends. The new terrorism is characterized by broadened targets of attacks, mass casualties, close association with religions, internationalization and new means and ways of attacks. The paper has made an analysis of the characteristics of new terrorism and the fundamental grounds for its appearance, as well as the connections between new terrorism and globalization and what we have learned from the anti-terrorist efforts in recent years.
