GAP基地川芎药材中苯酞类成分的监测

摘　　要：目的 连续6年动态监测四川灌县徐渡等乡国家GAP示范基地川芎药材中的苯酞类成分,寻找其活性成分藁本内酯和川芎内酯的含量规律。方法 用HPLC测定不同年份产川芎的藁本内酯和川芎内酯的含量。结果 不同年份产川芎药材藁本内酯和川芎内酯的含量之和在1.5％-2.2％之间波动,藁本内酯和川芎内酯的比值基本固定(在2.3-2.6之间波动)。结论 四川灌县徐渡乡产川芎药材具有道地特性,主要苯酞类成分含量与配比基本稳定,为中药道地药材的质量评价和指纹图谱的建立提供了直接的依据。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the variation of the content of phthalide compounds of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. in GAP base of GuanXian of Sichuan province. METHODS: The contents of ligustilide and senkyunolide of Ligusticum chuanxiong planted in different years were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The Sum of ligustilide and senkyunolide was about 1.5% ∼ 2.2%, the ratio of ligustilide and senkyunolide was about 2.3 ∼ 2.6. CONCLUSION: The content and the ratio of ligustilide and senkyunolide were steady, and that provided an important proof for establishing fingerprint pictures of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.
