摘　　要：结合现场水质和工况条件,通过一系列试验,筛选出高效示踪型缓蚀阻垢剂TS-223A。配合自控装置和计算机远程控制平台,将TS-223A应用于天津石化公司乙烯厂第一循环水场水循环系统,每月黏附速率≤15 mg／cm2,腐蚀速率≤0.075mm／a,全年可节约淡水60万t,水循环系统可在浓缩倍率大于5的状态下长期稳定运行。Combined with the current water quality and process conditions, a high efficient tracing corrosion and scale inhibitor (TS-223A) was developed after a series of experiments. With the assist of online monitoring system, TS-223A was applied in the water circulating system in the ethylene plant of Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation, the adhesion rate was less than 15 mg/cm2 a month, corrosion rate was under 0.075 mm a year, fresh water was saved by 0.6 million tons a year, and the system could run chronically and stably under the conditions of concentration times of the circulating water upgraded to 5.
