哮喘患者血清可溶性E选择素、血管细胞黏附分子1浓度的变化

摘　　要：目的测定哮喘患者循环中可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(sVCAM-1)及可溶性E选择素(sE-se-lectin)浓度,并探讨可溶性细胞黏附分子的变化在哮喘发病中的意义。方法38例非发作期哮喘患者的循环中sVCAM-1和sE-selectin测定采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。38例患者包括重度哮喘12例,轻、中度哮喘26例。结果血清中sVCAM-1和sE-selectin浓度较正常对照组显著提高(P<0.01,P<0.05);重症哮喘患者sVCAM-1和sE-selectin水平均较正常对照和轻、中度哮喘患者增高非常显著。重症哮喘患者的血清sV-CAM-1和sE-selectin测定值之间具有显著相关性(r =0.49,P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者可溶性细胞黏附分子水平sVCAM-1和sE-selectin显著提高,并可能与哮喘的严重性相关,这些分子有可能成为哮喘炎症严重程度和血管内皮细胞损伤或活化的标志。Objective:To investigate circulating levels of soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule1(sVCAM-1)and E-selcectin in asthma and explore the significance of soluble cell adhesion molecules in asthma.Methods:Serum levels of sVCAM-1and sE-selectin were measured in38patients with asthma and20healthy donors by ELISA method.12patients were suffering from severe asthma,and26from mild/moderate asthma.Results:Serum sVCAM-1and sE-selectin levels in patients with asthma were significantly higher than those measured in healthy donors(P<0.01,P<0.05).The sVCAM-1level was increased in severe asthma when compared with healthy controls and mild/moderate asthma(P<0.001).The level of sE-selectin also exhibited an increase in the severe asthmatic patients compared with mild/moderate asthma and healthy donors(P<0.001).There was a significant correlation be-tween sE-selectin and sVCAM-1levels(P<0.05).Conclusions:These data indicate that soluble forms of cell ad-hesion moleculesthe may have high levels in asthma,especially in severe patients.sE-selectin and sVCAM-1may be serological markers of the actication or damage of endothelial cells and the severity of inflammation in asthma pa-tients.
