高效液相色谱法测定氯柳酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定氯柳酊中氯霉素和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用反相ODS色谱柱,甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为278nm。结果氯霉素和水杨酸的线性范围分别为3.0～18.0μg/ml(r=0.9994),6.0～36.0μg/ml(r=0.9992);加样回收率分别为100.4%,RSD=0.5%及100.6%,RSD=0.7%(n=5);日内RSD分别为0.6%和0.8%(n=5),日间RSD分别为0.8%和1.0%(n=4)。结论HPLC法可用于该制剂的含量测定和质量控制,方法简便、灵敏、结果准确。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in its tincture.Methods:ODS column was used as the stationary phase and methanol-water(50:50)as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was278nm.Results:The linear ranges of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were3.0～18.0μg/ml(n=0.9994)and6.0～36.0μg/ml(r=0.9992),respectively;the average recovery was100.4%(RSD=0.5%)and100.6%(RSD=0.7%,n=5);the RSD of intra-day was0.6%and0.8%(n=5).The RSD of inter-day0.8%and1.0%(n=4).Conclusions:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive,and can be used for the quality control.
