槐白皮扩血管作用初探

摘　　要：本实验结果表明,中药槐白皮煎液(浓度100%)有扩张离体兔耳血管的作用,在一定范围内可随用药量的增加而加强。其扩血管作用机理可能与拮抗去甲肾上腺素收缩血管的作用有关。从而可部分解释槐白皮对中风、祛风除湿、消炎止痛等病症有效的原因、The results of this experiment showed that the decoction of CortexSophorae had the function of Dilating blood vessels in isolated rabbit's ear,the larger dose,the more effective it was,Cortex Sophorae's function ofDilating blood vessels may be related to its ability to antagonize noradrenaline'sContraction of blood vessels.This may explain why Cortex Sophoraeis effectivein treating apoplexy,eliminating rheumatism,relie-ring pain and inflammation,etc.
