摘　　要：本文以山西省临汾市的资源导向型经济结构转型为个案,分析了结构转换与金融风险的动态相关性,以此提出相应的对策建议。本文认为,要素优势是决定区域经济转型的基本因素;宏观经济波动对经济转型和金融风险具有深刻影响;在关注金融风险控制的基础上促进区域经济结构优化是金融机构的最优选择。This paper studies relations between economic fluctuation, structural adjustment and financial risk, through case study on Linfen City, Shared Province. Conclusions are as follows. First, resource advantages determines structural adjustment. Second, macroeconomic movement do affects regional Industrial revenue and financial risk. Finally, financial institutions' best choice is to support regional development with risk control.
