乏力胶囊的乙醇提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的 :优选乏力胶囊的最佳醇提工艺。方法 :以浸膏得率、大黄素含量为考察指标 ,采用正交实验法优选提取工艺条件。结果 :最佳提取工艺条件为 :第一次加 7倍量 70 %乙醇回流 2 .0h ,第二次加 5倍量 70 %乙醇回流 1.5h。结论 :优选出的醇提条件科学合理 ,适合工业化生产。Objective: To optimize the extracting technique conditions of Fali capsules.Method: The extrast yield and rhein content were served as indexes, the extracting technique conditions was optimized by orthogonal test.Result: the optimum rhein content extracting process was as follow: 7 times of 70% ethanol was first added in the crude medications, reflux was conducted for 2 h, followed by the second addition of 5 times of 70% ethanol and reflux for 1.5 h.Conclusion: The extracting method is reasonable,stable, and suitable to industrialized production.
