体育教师需要与激励的现状及相关研究

摘　　要：以个案分析与问卷调查法为主,结合我国体育教师管理与激励的现状,从需要因素、激励因素与激励过程三方面进行问卷设计。研究表明,在体育教师职业需要与工作需要中,他们对物质利益的追求并不高,也不是现在校长们所理解的那么高。激发体育教师工作动机的兴奋点太少。体育教师需要与校长管理行为之间有一定距离。体育教师对工作稳定性的要求比校长们所意识到的要强烈得多。This paper makes the questionnaire designation from three aspects: the requirement, inspiration and the process and combines the situation of management and the inspiration of Chinese P.E teachers. The study shows that the P.E teachers' pursuit of material benefits is not so high as imagined. There is little inspiration for the working motivation of P.E teachers, so there is some distance between the managing behaviors of schoolmasters and the requirements. The requirements of P.E teachers for job stability are much stronger than what the schoolmasters realize.
