摘 要:测定大鼠力竭运动后即刻及恢复期100min时尿中总蛋白(TP)、尿白蛋白(Alb)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)排泄率,肾脏组织及肾线粒体膜自由基代谢变化及相关性分析。研究表明,力竭运动诱发肾脏组织自由基作用的加强和自由基清除能力的相对不足,导致肾小球滤过膜、肾小管超微结构的改变和功能下降以及肾线粒体膜结构和功能受损、能量代谢障碍,使蛋白质滤过率增加,而肾小管重吸收减少,从而使大鼠力竭运动后尿蛋白排泄率增加。Urinary TP, Alb, β-MG,γ-GT, NAG excretion rate, changes of free-radical metabolism in renal tissues and in renal mitochondria were tested immediately after exhausted exercise and at the end of 50min during recovery Period. LPO contents were increased significantly after exhausted exercise in renal tissue and in renal mitochondria. Urinaryβ-MG, Alb, γ-GT and NAG excretion rate had a apparent increase after exhausted exercise. The rising of Urinary Alb andγ-GT excretion rate were significantly related with the rising level of LPO in renal tissues and the rising ofβ-MG, excretion rate was significantly related with the rising level of LPO in renal mitochondria. The rising of Urinary TP excretion rate had a closely relation with the rising level of LPO in renal tissues after exhausted exercise. The results indicated that exhausted exercise caused the significant increase in free radical activity in renal tissues which resulted in the damage of the normal structure and function of glomerular filtration membrane and renal tubular. The filtration rate of protein increased and the reabsorption of renal tubular decreased, and as a result the urinary protein excretion rate increased after exhausted exercise in rats.
