丁二烯中毒大鼠周围神经传导变化的研究

摘  要:选择Wistar 大鼠56只,随机分为4组,每组14只。静式吸入染毒,剂量分别为0、0.5、2.0和5.0mg/L 丁二烯,每天4小时,每周6天。共16周。采用丹麦产Neuromatic 2000C 型诱发电位仪测试染毒大鼠坐骨神经运动和感觉神经纤维传导速度。结果表明,染毒各组较对照组运动和感觉神经纤维传导速度均减慢,且存在剂量效应关系。诱发肌动作电位时限延长,波幅降低。感觉纤维动作电位时限延长,波幅降低。说明丁二烯中毒大鼠坐骨神经运动和感觉纤维均受损害。56(male and femal)Wistar rats were randomly separated into fourgroups(14 rats each group),which were exposed to air containing o,0.5,2.0and 5.0 mg/L 1.3-butadiene in the closed system,4 hours per day,6 daysper week,for 16 weeks.The motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and sensorynerve conduction velocity(MCV)in the sciatic nerve of rats exposed were exam-ined with Neuromatic 2000 C(made in Denmark).These results showed thatremarkable slowing of MCV in groups of 2.0 and 5,0 mg/L rats,slowing ofSCV in groups of 0.5,2.0 and 5.0 mg/L rats;reduction of amplitude of M—wave;reduction of amplitude of sensory nerve fibre potential;prolonged dur-ation of M—wave and and sensory nerve fibre potential;a doseresponse rela-tionship was observed.These results indicated that a peripheral nerve wasdemaged.
