摘　　要：医疗废物集中处置的产品属性是准公共产品,消费上的非竞争性特性决定了其供给只能由政府完成;受益上的排他性特性决定了其供给成本可以通过价格机制补偿。对医疗废物集中处置进行边际成本定价,同时予以集中处置中心一定的补贴,可以兼顾经济效率与社会公平。The non-competitive characteristic on consumption determines that this product should only be provided by the government; the exclusiveness on benefit makes the supplying cost can be compensated by the price mechanism. Fix a price based on the marginal cost of the unified disposal of medical wastes and deliver a certain amount of subsidy to the unified waste disposcal centre, and in this way to balance the economic efficiency and social equity at the same time.
