摘　　要：探索了一种新型的职业道德管理办法,力图通过有效的管理措施,使职业道德管理"由模糊到量化,由静态到动态,由禁止到倡导",真正将职业道德建设落到实处。通过9个月的实践,初步证明了这种方法的有效性,值得进一步探索。This article explored a new management method of vocational-morality, endeavoring vocational-morality from blurring-immobility-forbid to precision-mobile-advise by effective management, actuating the vocational-moral construct to fact. It is estimated the effective method by 9 month practice. It is worthing to explore much more.
