摘　　要：分析了我国医院红包与回扣的产生原因、发展过程、表现形式,对卫生领域所造成的影响及政府采取的控制措施,结果表明非正常支付增加了病人经济负担,对卫生服务可及性造成了冲击,卫生体制改革中政府的有效措施有利于控制该现象,但关键在于支付体制的改革。The paper analyses the reason, the development, the form, the infection to the health sectors and the policy about the red package and kickback in Chinese hospitals. It shows that the informal payments increase the burden of the patients, impact the access to the health services. The reformation of the government will control the informal payments, but the key lies in the payments reformation.
