摘　　要：邓小平关于新时期执政党建设理论是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是承上启下的科学理论,为新时期党的建设指明了方向。建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践是邓小平关于新时期执政党建设理论形成和发展的时代要求和实践基础,对发展马克思主义建党学说作出了重大历史性贡献。在全面建设小康社会的新的历史条件下,深入学习和研究邓小平关于新时期执政党建设理论,对于在新世纪新阶段,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有重大的理论和实践意义。Deng Xiaoping's theory on the ruling party building in the new period is the important component part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and a scientific theory which forms a connecting link between what comes before and what goes after ,clearly showing the orientation of the party building in the new period .The great practice of building the Chinese characteristic socialism is the demand of the times and basis of practice for formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's theory on the ruling party building in the new period, which makes a significant historic contribution to development of the Marxist party building theory .In the new historical condition of building a Xiaokang society in an all-round way ,further studying Deng Xiaoping's theory on the ruling party building in the new period has much significance in both theory and practice with regard to the new great project of carrying forward the party building with the important thought of Three Represents as guide at the new stage of the new century .
