痛经颗粒对动物子宫收缩活动的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究痛经颗粒对动物子宫收缩活动的影响 ,为痛经颗粒治疗痛经提供实验依据。方法 :缩宫素腹腔注射诱发小鼠痛经反应 ,醋酸腹腔注射诱导小鼠疼痛反应 ,前列腺素F2α或缩宫素诱发大鼠体外子宫收缩。结果 :痛经颗粒 (6 .5 ,13,2 6 g/kg)灌胃能显著减少缩宫素所致的小鼠扭体反应动物数和扭体次数 ,减少醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体反应次数 ,痛经颗粒 (3.33,6 .6 6 ,13.3mg/ml)能剂量依赖性地抑制大鼠体外子宫收缩 ,并能拮抗前列腺素F2α或缩宫素所致的大鼠体外子宫收缩活动的增强。结论 :痛经颗粒能抑制缩宫素诱导的小鼠痛经反应 ,抑制体外大鼠子宫收缩。Objective: To study the influence of Tongjing granule on animal uterus constraction. Method:Mouse twisting reaction and constraction of isolated rat uterus were observed. Result:Tongjing granule (26,13,6.5 g/kg,ig) could obviously reduce the number of twisting mouse and twisting number induced by oxytoxin or acetic acid. It (3.33,6.66,13.3 mg/ml)could dose-dependly inhibit the constraction of isolated uterus smooth muscle and antagonize the constraction induced by oxytoxin or prostaglandin F 2α in rats. Conclusion: Tongjing granule has the effects of inhibiting mouse dysmenorrheal action and isolated uterus constraction of rats.
