D-半乳糖衰老大鼠睾丸超微结构的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察D 半乳糖衰老模型大鼠睾丸超微结构的变化。方法 :D 半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型 ,透射电镜下观察睾丸超微结构的变化。结果 :衰老模型大鼠睾丸超微结构出现明显变化 :支持细胞内溶酶体增多 ,内质网增生、扩张 ,线粒体嵴断裂 ;精原细胞内可见胞质内出现许多空泡 ;并观察到了凋亡小体。结论 :D 半乳糖可导致大鼠睾丸超微结构发生明显改变 ,这可能是D 半乳糖致衰老的作用机制之一。Objective: To observe the ultrastructural changes of testis of D-gal aging rats. Methods: The sub-acutely aging rats were made by injecting D-gal into abdominal cavity continually, then the ultrastructural changes of testis were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: The ultrastructure of testis of aging rats changed obviously: In Sertoli cell, endoplasmic reticulum proliferated and swelled, cristae mitochondriales fractured and lysosome increased; Chromatin in primary spermatocyte nucleus marginated and condensed and apoptotic bodies were also observed. Conclusion: D-gal can induce obvious ultrastructural changes of testis, this maybe one of the mechanisms that D-gal inducing aging.
