RP-HPLC法测定双黄补缓释药条中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立双黄补缓释药条中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法 :采用RP HPLC法测定双黄补缓释药条中盐酸小檗碱的含量。色谱柱 :KromasilC18(10 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :乙腈 0 .0 5M磷酸二氢钾 (pH =3.5 ) (2 8∶82 ) ;流量 :1.0ml min ;柱温 :室温 ;检测波长 :2 6 3nm。结果 :盐酸小檗碱在 2 .5 2～ 5 0 .4 0 μg ml浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.8% (r =0 .9999) ,RSD为 1.14 %。双黄补缓释药条中盐酸小檗碱的含量为 5 .6 4mg g(n =5 )。 结论 :本方法灵敏度高 ,重现性、稳定性好 ,检测迅速 ,结果准确。Objective:To establish a method for determination of the berberine hydrochloride content in shuanghuangbu sustained release medicinal strips. Methods: RP-HPLC was used to determine the berberine hydrochloride content in shuanghuangbu sustained release medicinal strips. Kromasil C18(100mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used as the stationary phase and acetonitrile-0.05M potassium dihydrogen phosphate(28:82) was taken as the mobile phase ,the detection wavelength was at 263nm . Results: The standard curve was excellent linear in the range of 2.52～50.40μg/ml and with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.8%(RSD=1.14%). The berberine hydrochloride content in shuanghuangbu sustained release medicinal strips was 5.64mg/g(n=5). Conclusion: This method is sensitivity, reproducibility and stabitity, and can be used as a quantitative method for this preparation.
