摘　　要：基于短信息的增值业务系统蕴含着巨大应用价值,文章通过分析短信息系统的体系结构,针对短信协议SMPP实现了一个基于短信增值业务的平台,各种新应用的开发都可以基于这个开放平台。平台采用ActiveX组件技术开发系统的核心模块,极大地扩展了系统的应用范畴,具有很好的实用性。Based on the fact that SMS value-added applications have great usage value, this thesis gives a deep research on SMS system and SMPP protocol, then bring forward an open platform for SMS value-added applications, multiform new SMS applications could be develop upon this open platform. This platform use ActiveX component technology to develop the core module which interacts with the SMSC. This design great extents the system and makes system have more power to do more things.
