摘　　要：现代产权制度是现代经济发展的基础,核心是产权市场。要准确定位产权市场在我国经济建设中的功能和作用,围绕流转顺畅、资源全球配置、提高效率的目标,推动全国产权市场格局的形成。Modern property rights institution provides the foundation for the development of modern economy. The core of modern property rights institution is property rights market. It is necessary to have a correct function orientation and effects of property rights mar- ket in China's economic construction and to promote the formation of national property rights market aiming at the objective of unhin- dered circulation, global resources distribution and efficiency enhancement.
