摘　　要：我国建立健全现代产权制度的难点在于“保护严格”,然而,目前对于产权保护仍然存在认识上的误区,典型的观点是产权保护对富人有利,对穷人无利。那么,产权保护究竟对谁有利,难在哪里?结论是,产权保护对全社会的发展有利,产权保护需要更新观念,建立制度,健全法律。The difficulty of establishing and maturating modern property rights system locates in 'strict protection'. However, some misunderstandings of Property Rights Protection still exist, the typical one is that PRP is beneficial to the wealthy and the poor are unbene- fited. Then, who is beneficial from PRP on the earth, and where is the difficulty? The conclusion is that PRP is beneficial to the develop- ment of the whole society. PRP needs renovating the idea, building the system and improving the laws.
