摘　　要：国有医院产权制度改革已悄然启动,并且成为当前产权制度改革的重点。医院改革的总体思路是保一部分,放一大批,政府和市场同时发挥资源配置作用。针对改制中的“难点”,沪、江、浙部分先行改制的医院采取了相应的解决办法,但政府也应该完善相关政策,推进和规范医院的产权制度改革。Property rights reform in state-owned hospitals has started stealthily and become the emphases of the current property rights reform. The general idea of hospitals' reform is reserving partly, releasing largely, the government and market perform allocation of resources simultaneously. Facing with some difficulties in the reform, the hospitals carrying out the reform in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province have taken some solutions. The governments should also improve correlative policies to promote and standardize the property rights reform in hospitals.
