摘 要:通过对J5 5油管螺纹内壁的应变测量和有限元计算 ,指出正常工作状态下 ,油管螺纹内部处于弹塑性状态。螺纹端部和尾部第 1啮合齿的根部已进入屈服区。油管螺纹与接箍螺纹联接后会发生变形协调 ,有利于提高螺纹联接质量。油管螺纹联接的失效以螺纹断裂、漏失和螺纹损伤为主 ,与配合螺纹的几何尺寸、上螺纹扭矩和油管的工作载荷有关。The result of strain measurement on inner wall of tube thread and the finite element calculation show that the internal area of the thread is already in elastic-plastic state on normal working condition. The stress in thread head and the root of first engaged tooth on tail beyond yield limit. The compatibility of deformation may occur on tube thread according to dimension of collar thread, which is helpful in improving the connection quality. Thread break, leak of connection and thread damage are the main failure, which is directly related with the dimension of mating thread, make-up torque and working load.
