摘　　要：目的 :建立一种动物体内离子电泳的实验模型。方法 :采用常规电泳仪和自制特殊的正负极插针以及示踪染液 ,在一定的电场强度和时间内进行活体内离子电泳。结果 :能将离子和 (或 )小分子物质从某一部位泳向另一部位 ,使用经特殊处理的染液能显示出到达的部位和到达靶组织 (器官 )的量。结论Objective:To create an ion electrophoresis model in mouse in vivo.Methods:By using normal electrophoresis instrument,special positive cathode electrodes and track dye,the mouse was ion electrophoresised in vivo under a special electrical current and inagiven time.Results:The ions and small moleculars were electrophoresised to another part and the amount they reached the tissues were displayed by using special treated dye.Conclusion:This study provides the approach for the study of ion electrophoresis model.
