腹腔镜下应用超声刀治疗输卵管妊娠30例分析

摘　　要：目的 :介绍腹腔镜下应用超声刀治疗输卵管妊娠的优越性。方法 :对有手术适应症的患者 30例腹腔镜下应用超声刀施行手术 ,其中输卵管切除术 2 4例 ,输卵管切开取胚术 6例。结果 :无传导性组织损伤 ,手术视野清晰 ,精确的切割止血 ,出血量少 ,术后粘连轻 ,并发症少 ,一械多用 ,减少手术中器械更换次数 ,缩短手术时间。结论 :超声刀是一种实用性很强 。Objective:To introduce the superiority of ultrasound knife under laparoscope used to treat fallopian tube pregnancy .Methods:30 patients of fallopian tube pregnancy were operated by ultrasound knife under laparoscope. Among all the operations, the salpingectomy were 24 cases and the incisions of fallopian tube for taking out the embryoes were 6 cases. Results:During the operations, many advantages of ultrasound knife were found such as no conductibility tissue damage, the clarity of operation sight, the precise hemostasia, less volume of bleeding, the light adherence of postoperation and less complication, multiapplication of one instrument, less changing times of the operation instruments and the shortening time of operation.Conclusion:The ultrasound knife of laparoscope is very useful and be worth spreading.
