摘　　要：目的 :观察宫环Ⅱ号胶囊对宫环出血患者子宫内膜形态学的影响。方法 :60例气虚血瘀型宫环出血患者完全随机分为GHⅡ治疗组和吲哚美辛对照组 ,7日为 1疗程 ;采用苏木精 -伊红 (HE)、磷钨酸 -苏木精染色 (PTAH对纤维素性血栓染色 ) ,光镜观察子宫内膜形态学改变。结果 :宫环出血患者光镜下子宫内膜上皮不完整 ,间质炎性细胞增多明显 ,以中性粒细胞为主 ,间质出血严重 ,表浅微血管、静脉窦扩张明显 ,螺旋动脉扩张明显 ;而经GHⅡ治疗后宫环出血患者子宫内膜炎性细胞浸润明显减轻 ,螺旋动脉无明显扩张。结论 :GHⅡ能明显改善患者子宫内膜形态。Objective:To observe the effect of GonghuanⅡCapsule on endometrium morpholog in Patients’ Bleeding after IUD Placement. Methods: 60 Bleeding after IUD Placement Patients Were randomly divided into two group including GHⅡ treated group(n=30) and western medicine control group(n=30). GHⅡ were orally taken at dose of 16g/d(8g,Bid) in GHⅡ treated group, 1 course including one week. Indomethacin were orally taken at dose of 0.5/d(0.25,Bid) in western medicine control group and the treatment course was same as GHⅡ treatedgroup.Endometrium morpholog were observed by HE . Results and Conclusion: Endometrium morpholog in Patients’Bleeding after IUD Placementwere ameliorated after treated by GHⅡ.
