摘　　要：源于中风急性期病情危急、病机复杂 ,故治疗上百家争鸣 ,各有所主 ,或清热、或化痰、或通腑、或解毒 ,然目前尚无公认有效的治疗方法。探讨中风急性期治疗从扶正着手 ,提出固本培元、调畅气血之扶正法治疗中风急性期 ,作为目前治法的补充 ,以冀医界引起重视。Because of critical condition and complex pathomechanism in acute stroke,many treatments are used,such as clearing away heat,resolving phlegm,promoting defecation,or removing toxical material.But no one has been approved an effective treatment at present.The article discusses the treatment of strengthening healthy energy for acute stroke to make doctors think much of it,which includes consolidating vital base and primordial qi,and regulating qi and blood.
