加氢法生产优质特种溶剂油

摘　　要：以煤油馏分为原料 ,采用洛阳石油化工工程公司工程研究院开发的LK 1型加氢催化剂及单段加氢工艺可生产出优质环保型特种溶剂油。加氢生成油无色透明 ,无毒无味 ,其硫、氮质量分数可小于 1μg/g ,芳烃质量分数可小于 0 .1% ,可作为生产多种特种溶剂油产品的原料。该工艺过程操作简单 ,生产灵活性大 ,运转周期长 。Premium special solvent oil has been produced from kerosene fraction with LK-1 hydrogenation catalyst and single-stage hydrogenation process developed by LPECRI. The hydrogenated oil is colorless, nontoxic and odorless. Its sulfur and nitrogen content are less than 1 μg/g, and aromatic content is less than 0.1%. It can be used to produce many kinds of special solvent oil. The process is characterized by simple operation, flexible production, long period of running and the good suitability to feedstocks.
