摘  要:杭州炼油厂 2 5 0kt/a油品精制装置采用加氢精制 /临氢降凝组合工艺 ,在同一台反应器中分段装填精制和降凝催化剂 ,加工劣质汽油、柴油 ,操作弹性大 ,拓宽了柴油加氢精制的原料来源 ,大大提高了低凝柴油收率 ,且产品颜色浅、硫含量低、氧化安定性好。该装置于 2 0 0 3年 6月 8日建成投产 ,试生产期间运转情况良好 。Hydrofining-hydrovisbreaking combined process has been adopted in the 5 000 b/d oil refining unit of Hangzhou Refinery and the hydrofining catalyst and hydrovisbreaking catalyst have been sectionally loaded in a single reactor to process inferior coker gasoline and gas oil. Operation flexibility has been enhanced and the feed stock source of gas oil hydrofining is widened. Yield of the diesel with low setting point has been greatly increased and the product is characterized by light color, low sulfur content and good oxidation stability. The unit was started up on June 8, 2003, running in the test production period was good and various technical targets have been reached the design requirement.
