摘  要:回收的压井液中含有很多的机械杂质、悬浮物以及油水混合物 ,如果不进行处理 ,在下一口井中使用时会造成一定的油层堵塞 ,失去了无固相清洁盐水压井液的最基本的性能 ,因此需对回收的压井液进行净化处理。在实验室内进行了压井液与井筒液不同混合比例对沉降的影响、普通井采出液的沉降实验和聚驱井采出液的沉降实验。结果表明 ,压井液与井筒液的混合比例增大 ,压井液密度降低 ,压井液体积增加 ;压井液密度越高 ,沉降速度越快 ,两相界面越清晰。对于聚驱井采出液 ,由于采出液有粘度 ,沉降速度降低 。In the recovered killing fluid, mechanical impurity, suspended deposit and mixture of oil and ware/may cause potential plugging in formation in next well if it has not been purified, then the free-solid clean saltwater killing fluid will not achieve its best performances. So the recovered well control fluid is re-quired to be disposed before reused. In lab. , influence of different ratios of control fluid to well fluid on setting, setting tests of production fluid from common wells and polymer flooding wells were conducted,respectively. Simulation results reveal that with the increasing of the mixed ratio of killing fluid to well fluid, the density decreases and the volume of killing fluid increases; and the higher the killing fluid den-sity is, the faster of deposit velocity and the clearer of two phrases surface will be. In addition, though the deposit velocity in production fluid from polymer flooding wells becomes slower because of its viscous property, the recovery rate of the killing fluid was increased.
