摘 要:修井液对地层的损害是许多油田开采施工中使产油量显著下降的一个重要原因。根据安丰油田K2 t13 油层的地质情况 ,参考国内外的先进经验 ,决定选用甲酸盐修井液对水平井平 1井进行近平衡压井。该钻井液具有对地层损害小、井眼清洁能力好、腐蚀性低等优点。首先确定了修井液的密度 ,然后在室内评价了甲酸钾和甲酸钠修井液配方。在进行岩心流动试验 ,降失水性、流变性和高温高压失水性试验的基础上 ,选择甲酸钾修井液进行施工。结果为 :压井前后该井的采液指数基本没有变化 ,机械抽油期生产平稳 ,充分说明该修井液对地层的损害小 。Formation damage by workover fluid is an important reason for apparent decreasing of oil pro-duction in many oilfield practices. On basis of individual characteristics of Anfeng oilfield section and expe-rience overseas, formate workover fluid was selected to control horizontal well Ping 1 under approximate balanced pressure for advantages of formate such as less damage to formation, strong cleaning ability for borehole and little corrosion to tools. The density was firstly decided, then 10 formate (including potassium formate and sodium formate) workover fluids were evaluated in lab. After core flow test, fluid loss control test, rheology property test and HTHP filtration test, Potassium formate workover fluid was proved to be the most effective. Field using in well Ping 1 was successful, the fluid productivity index remains unchanged and oil production goes smoothly.
