摘  要:台 4平 1井是华北油田冀中坳陷深县凹陷深南背斜带的西阳台背斜构造上采用有机黑色正电胶钻井液完成的第一口第三系地层的水平井 ,完钻井深为 2 198m ,最大井斜角为 92 .35° ,水平位移为 6 0 6 .93m ,水平段长 2 87.4 4m。为了满足台 4平 1井钻井和油气层保护的需要 ,采用有机黑色正电胶聚合物混油钻井液。用有机黑色正电胶和聚合物控制地层造浆 ,提高钻井液的剪切稀释能力 ;用聚丙烯腈胺盐、硝基腐植酸钾降低粘度和滤失量 ;用原油和极压润滑剂复合防卡。结果表明 ,该体系具有良好的剪切稀释特性 ,性能稳定 ,携砂能力强 ,润滑效果好 ,抑制性强 ,全井施工井下正常 ,起下钻畅通 。Well Tai 4H 1 is the first horizontal well drilled in the Tertiary system of Jizhong down-warping region in Huabei oilfield. Its total depth is 2198 m, the largest well deviation is 92.35°, and the horizontal displacement is 606.93 m, with the net horizontal section of 287.44 m. To meet the requirements of drill-ing and preventing formation damage, organic black positive gel (BPG)-polymer-oil mixture drilling fluid system was used. The organic BPG and the polymer were used to prevent the formation from mud making,and to improve shearing-thinning ability of the fluid; ammonium polyacrylonitrile NPAN and nitro-potassi-um humate were used to lower the viscosity and filtration; oil and pressured lubricator were combined to avoid pipe sticking. Field using showed that this fluid has advantages such as good shearing thinning behavior, stable property, strong cuttings transportation, good lubrication and excellent inhibition. No problem was encountered during the drilling.
