摘 要:油气钻井技术的评价对于科学合理地制定我国油气钻井科技发展战略具有重要意义。针对油气钻井技术的特点 ,建立了油气钻井技术评价指标体系。在此基础上 ,应用熵权理想点法对油气钻井技术进行了评价。该方法根据信息工程学中的“熵”概念计算熵权 ,用熵权来修正主观权重从而使权重确定更加合理 ,然后再结合“理想点法”进行评价。评价结果表明 ,该方法对于决策者科学合理地制定我国油气钻井发展战略具有重要的意义。The evaluation of oil and gas drilling technology is of great importance to scientifically and reasonably working out the scientific and technological development strategy of oil and gas drilling in China.An evaluation index system of oil and gas drilling technololgy was set up in light of the technological characteristics,then the oil and gas drilling technology was evaluated by use of the entropy weighting ideal point method.In the method,the entropy weighting may be calculated according the concept of “entropy” in information engineering,then the subjective weight can be corrected by the entropy weighting,thus causing the weight′s being determined more reasonably,and then the evaluation may be carried out in combination with the “ideal point method”.The evaluated result shows that this method is of great importance to working out the development strategy of oil and gas drilling in China scientifically and reasonably by the policy -maker.
