摘　　要：以丙烯酰胺为起始原料,经乙胺加成后,再经Hofmann重排两步反应后合成了药物中间体N-乙基乙二胺(NEED)。通过优化实验得到最佳的合成工艺条件。粗产物经蒸馏、碱析、干燥提纯后w(NEED)>99%,收率可达62.7%。并通过红外光谱和质谱等方法对产物进行结构表征。Medicine intermediate N-ethylethylenediamine(NEED) was synthesized from acrylamide and ethylamine by addition reaction and Hofmann rearrangement. Through optimizing,the experiment got the optimum synthetic process conditions. After distillation、precipitation、desiccation, the purity of NEED reached 99%. The overall yield was raised to more than 62.7%. Their compositions and structures were characterized by IR、GC-MS etc.
