摘　　要：研究了离子交换色谱分离纯化胞苷三磷酸(CTP)的工艺条件,从4种强碱性阴离子交换树脂中选择了201×7型树脂,依次用0.4mol/L、1mol/L氯化钠溶液非连续梯度洗脱。以HPLC法测定CTP含量,采用WAX-1色谱柱,流动相为480mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.0),检测波长260nm,柱温35℃,测得CTP含量为75%。The purification of cytidine triphosphate(CTP) by ion-exchange chromatography was studied. Anionion-exchange resin 201×7 was selected from four different resins and eluted successively by 0.4mol/L and 1mol/L sodiumhydroxide solution with discrete method of gradient elution. A HPLC method was established for determination of CTP.A WAX-1 column was used with the mobile phase of 480mmol/L phosphate buffer(pH6.0). The detection wavelength was260nm and the column temperature was 35℃. The content of CTP in final product was 75%.
