摘　　要：公众参与生态文明建设是城市可持续发展的必然要求。城市生态文明重在建立“人与自然和谐”的道德价值体系,在价值观念上强化人与自然的和平共处意识,在生活方式上强调既满足自身需要又不损害自然生态的文明消费,在管理行为上注意引导公众参与城市生态环境决策管理。Eco civilization that comes to the public consciousness is an important base for ecocities.Public participation is more useful to the decision management of local government,which of course need to pass certain methods and procedures,and let numerous members of the city take part in those public management vitally related to their living environment.The local government should popularize actively the knowledge about ecocity for the residents,and let them understand what is a citizen's legal rights and duties in protecting eco environment,and what actions,that means `active participation' differing from the past `passive invitation',they should take for urban ecosystem protection.
