摘　　要：目的　观察三苯氧胺对体外培养的人早孕绒毛、蜕膜组织细胞分泌功能的影响。方法　采用组织培养 ,放射免疫测定等。结果　 (1)在绒毛组织中 ,三苯氧胺可降低HCG、P、E2 及 6 -Keto -PGF1α水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,升高TXB2 水平 (P <0 0 1) ,6 -Keto -PGF1α/TXB2 比值降低 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )在蜕膜组织中 ,三苯氧胺显著降低E2 、 6 -Keto-PGF1α水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,显著升高TNF -а水平 (P <0 0 1)。结论　三苯氧胺显著改变绒毛。Objective To examine the effects of tamoxifen on the secretory function of chorion and decidua in early vitro human pregnancy.Methods The project was studied by the methods of tissue culture and RIA.Results (1)In chorionic tissue,tamoxifen lowered the levels of HCG,P,E 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1α (P<0.05)while raised the level of TXB 2 (P<0.01),lowered the ratio of 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB 2 (P<0.01).(2) In decidua tissue,tamoxifen lowered the levels of E 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α (P<0.05),while raised the level of TNF-а (P<0.01).Conclusion Tamoxifen can change the secretory function of chorionic and decidual tissue significantly.
