重庆市社区卫生服务人员妇幼保健知识知晓现况分析

摘　　要：目的　了解重庆市社区卫生服务人员对妇幼保健知识的掌握情况。方法　采用现况调查 ,对 4个教学班的 189名参加重庆市全科医师岗位培训人员进行随机抽样调查。结果　从事妇幼专业的社区卫生服务人员得分与其他专业间差异具有显著性意义 ,大专以上学历的得分与大专以下学历的人员间差异具有显著性意义 ,30岁以下学员的得分与 30岁以上的学员间差异具有显著性意义。结论　对社区卫生服务从业人员的选择应考虑学历、年龄和专业知识 。Objective To understand the handling situation about women and children health care knowledge of the community health staffs.Methods By the current situation inspection,189 general practice trainees in 4 classes were randomly sampled and investigated in Chongqing.Results Those who are pursuing the women and children health care get higher marks than others.Those with junior college degree have got higher marks than those with junior college degree below.There were significant difference in those under 30 years old and those above 30 between the two groups.Conclusion Education background,age and professional knowledge of those who want to engage in community health service should be considered,the training about women and children health care knowledge should be strengthened.
