男孩青春期生长发育规律的追踪研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨男孩青春期生长突增规律。　方法　对 5 8名男生进行生长发育的追踪观察。　结果　男孩身高生长突增开始年龄为 (10 .0 1± 1.0 4 )岁 ,突增开始速度为 (3.84± 1.0 2 )cm/年 ,突增高峰年龄为 (12 .5 9±0 .86 )岁 ,突增高峰速度为 (10 .14± 1.5 7)cm/年 ;体质量生长突增开始年龄为 (10 .31± 0 .75 )岁 ,突增开始速度为(2 .2 4± 1.15 )kg/年 ,突增高峰年龄为 (12 .4 0± 0 .6 7)岁 ,突增高峰速度为 (12 .4 9± 3.5 1)kg/年 ;身高生长突增增高峰年龄与突增高峰速度呈负相关关系 ,相关系数r=0 .5 31(P <0 .0 1) ;身高生长突增高峰年龄与体质量生长突增高峰年龄呈正相关关系 ,相关系数r=0 .35 0 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;体质量突增开始速度与高峰速度呈正相关关系 ,相关系数r =0 .4 79(P <0 .0 1)　结论　男孩生长发育速度的高峰年龄提前 ,高峰速度提高 ,生长发育有长期加速的趋势 ;身高突增高峰年龄越小 。Objective To study the basis of growth and development velocity reference value and to study the growth spurt regulation of boy's puberty. Methods A longitudinal investigation was made from 1991 to 2002 on fifty-eight healthy boys of two class who come from Shenyang Taishan primary school. Results In boy's height,the TOA was (10.01±1.04) years old,the TOV was (3.83±1.02) cm/y.The PHA was (12.59±0.86) years old,the PHV was (10.14±1.57) cm/y.In boy's weight,The TOA was (10.31±0.75) years old,the TOV was (2.24±1.15) kg/y.The PWA was (12.40±0.67) years old,the PWA was (12.99±3.51) kg/y.There was a negative relation between PHV and PHA,r=0.531,P<0.01.There was a postitive relation between PHA and PWA,r=0.350,P<0.05.There was a positive relation between TOV and PWV,r=0.479,P<0.01. Conclusion The PHA and PWA of the boys are advanced,the PHV and PWV of the boys are increased.There are secular growth trend.The less is PHA,the larger is PHV.
