必止咳胶囊主要药效学及急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察必止咳胶囊的止咳、祛痰、抗炎作用及安全性。方法 :分别用毛细玻管法和气管段酚红法来观察该制剂的祛痰作用 ;用豚鼠枸橼酸喷雾和浓氨水小鼠喷雾引咳法了解其止咳作用 ;用醋酸 (HAc)所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法及对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响来观察其抗炎作用 ;同时进行了急性毒性试验。结果 :必止咳胶囊使大鼠排痰量及小鼠气管段酚红排泌量显著增加 ,使豚鼠及小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期、咳嗽次数显著减少 ;对HAc所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及二甲苯致小鼠耳郭肿胀无明显改善 ;必止咳胶囊小鼠灌胃给药的最大给药量大于 30g/kg ,为成年人口服剂量的 2 0 8倍。结论 :必止咳胶囊有显著的止咳祛痰作用 ,其急性毒性甚小 ,临床用药是安全的。Objective:To observe the medical potency studies and acute toxicity test of the effect of BiZhike Capsule's anti-cough,expelling sputum and anti-inflammatory.Methods:Observe the capsule's effect of expelling sputum with the capillary method and phenol real method of tracheal segment. To observe the capsule's effet of anti-cough by the methods of rat cough caused by the citric acid spraying and mice cough caused by ammonia spraying. To observe the capsule's effect of anti-inflammatory by the methods of the high permeability of rat's abdominal cavity which caused by HAc and swelling auricle of rat caused by xylene.At the same time,we made the acute toxicity test of Bi Zhike capsule.Results:BiZhike capsule caused rat had more sputum and also made mice have more phenol that drain from tracheal segment.The capsule could cut down the rat's cough incubation period and times; but it have no marked effect of rat's high permeability of abdominal cavity which caused by HAc and swelling auride of rats caused by xylene.the MTD for rats is >30g/kg on gastric lavage,and the rats were all living.Conclusion:BiZhike capsule have marked effect of anti-cough and expelling sputum and it has a little acute toxicity,it is safe.
