厚朴丸方中单味药药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察厚朴丸方中两种单味药厚朴和干姜的止泻、镇痛和利胆作用。方法 :番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型 ,冰乙酸致小鼠扭体模型 ,大鼠胆汁分泌法。结果 :厚朴和干姜均有止泻和镇痛作用 ,干姜还能增加大鼠胆汁分泌。厚朴起效剂量 0 .0 75 g～ 0 .3 g/kg ,达到 5 0 %抑制率的剂量 0 .3 4g～ 0 .63 g/kg ;干姜起效剂量 0 .15g～ 0 .6g/kg ,达到 5 0 %抑制率的剂量 0 .17g～ 0 .92 g/kg ,促进胆汁分泌给药 3 0～ 180分钟均有明显效果。结论 :与厚朴丸全方的药效结果相似 ,方中的单味药厚朴和干姜CO2 超临界提取物具有明显的止泻。Objective: To observe the effects of relieving diarrhea, alleviating pain and normalizing functioning of the gallbladder of Houpu (厚朴) and Dry Ginger (干姜). Method: Mouse model of diarrhea was prepared with senna leaf. Mouse model of body twisting and rat model of gallbladder secretion was prepared with glacial acetic acid and anesthesed rat. Results: HouPu and Dry Ginger had the effects of relieving diarrhea and alleviating pain. Dry Ginger could increase the secretion of gallbladder of rat. The effective dose of HouPu was 0.075～0.3g/kg, the dose for 50% inhibition rate was 0.34～0.63g/kg. The effect of promoting the secretion of gallbladder was obvious after being treated for 30～180minutes. Conclusion: Compared with the pharmacodynamics results of HouPu Pill (厚朴丸), HouPu and Dry Ginger have the characteristics of small administration dose, quick and persistent effect.
